I heard about Wayne’s coaching from a friend who Wayne helped find a job. I was hating my boss, my job and considering changing fields. Wayne helped me explore the pros and cons of leaving, helped me improve my communication and teamwork skills so I no longer had as many conflicts at work, and helped me develop and execute a plan to expand my skill set so I will be more marketable in my field. Although I am not totally ready to make changes right now, I feel I am on a path to more professional growth and development in my career. Wayne has been incredibly helpful throughout this process.
